William F. Lehman American History Scholarship

Because of his love for American history, William F. Lehman’s daughter, Carolyn Cooper, established a scholarship fund in his memory. The William F. Lehman American History Scholarship is awarded to a recent or past Bourbon County high school graduate who will be attending an accredited institution of higher learning as a full-time student and enrolled in at least three hours of coursework per semester studying any aspect of American history or American studies.

Haberbosch Family Scholarship

Several members of the Haberbosch family grew up in Moran, Kansas, graduating from Marmaton Valley High School (MVHS). It was the wish of Audry Haberbosch Ellmer, a 1948 graduate of MVHS, to establish a scholarship to carry on her family name. The Haberbosch Family Scholarship is awarded to one or more graduating seniors of MVHS to be applied toward tuition at a college, university, or community college. Students must be enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning.

Good luck, students!
