2024 competitive grant applications are now available!

The Fort Scott Area Community Foundation (FSACF) is excited to announce that FSACF grant applications for 2024 are now open! Our competitive grant applications are available until August 31.

For 2024, up to $87,348 will be available to fund charitable projects in Bourbon County, including $28,579 for healthcare-related requests and $58,769 for others.

Last year, FSACF awarded $42,117 to 19 nonprofit organizations for 26 projects through its competitive-grant process. Awards ranged from $500 to $3,400, with a median of $1,500. Since 2009, FSACF has granted $386,493 during its grant cycle over 221 grants to charitable projects in Fort Scott and across Bourbon County.
